A native of Seneca, South Carolina, Nick returned to the Upstate in 2021 after practicing law in Alabama for more than six years. After earning his B.S. in Economics and Finance from The University of Alabama, he received his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and is licensed to practice law in both South Carolina and Alabama. His professional background includes extensive experience with title companies and real estate law firms, where he developed a deep passion for real estate law and a clear understanding of the practical needs of buyers, sellers, and business owners alike.
In 2023, Nick founded Nick Leslie Law, LLC with a simple goal: to provide real estate, estate planning, and business legal services that are efficient, accessible, and client-centered—qualities he believes are too often overlooked in the legal industry. That client-centered approach is rooted in who he is outside the office. Nick lives in Simpsonville with his wife, Lauren, and their four daughters—Eloise, Olivia, Lillian, and Madelyn. He is a regular attendee at Fellowship Greenville and values the time he spends investing in his family and community. Whether he’s playing golf, boating on Lake Keowee, or helping a client navigate an important decision, Nick brings the same steady care, integrity, and long-term perspective to every relationship. Ben resides in Travelers Rest with his family and is a proud graduate of Clemson University (Class of 2002). After more than a decade working as a lender, he earned his law degree from the Charleston School of Law.
Ben began his legal career as an Assistant Solicitor with Spartanburg County, serving for four years before transitioning into real estate law. He now focuses his practice on residential and commercial closings and title abstracting.
Outside the office, Ben enjoys attending concerts, spending time in the mountains, fishing, and being with his family.
